Shipping Locations

Caramel Kiss ships Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping rates, delivery times and customs duties may vary depending on the destination country.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, pre-orders and presale items.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days (standard shipping)

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and courier

We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions or customs clearance. Caramel Kiss is not liable for any losses caused by delivery delays. If you are travelling, please allow additional time for delivery to ensure your order arrives on time. Couriers may contact you for further details regarding your shipment. If you are unreachable, additional fees may apply for parcel returns or redelivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Missing Deliveries

Caramel Kiss is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure you provide a safe delivery address. If your parcel is missing, please contact the courier service for proof of delivery. If the issue is not resolved, email us at info@caramelkiss.com.au. Refunds cannot be issued for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately. Caramel Kiss is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening of the parcel.
