Caramel Kiss – Refund Policy (Australia)

At Caramel Kiss, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit (gift card) or exchange under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items
• Sale or clearance items (final sale).
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email info@caramelkiss.com.au with:
• Your order number.
• The item(s) you want to return.
• The reason for your return.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Process (Store Credit Only)
• Refunds will be issued as a Caramel Kiss gift card within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5.⁠ ⁠Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a gift card refund.

6.⁠ ⁠Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we are unable to make changes.
